And here it is in a frame. It cuts the end of the feather off so I'll put it in a bigger frame, but it will do for now :) Thanks for looking.

Illustration Friday - Hibernate (number two)
I just finished a painting of a little fairy and dormouse asleep. I originally sketched this for Sketchfest, entitled 'Friends' and decided to paint it with watercolour. I thought it was also an appropriate subject for this week's Illustration Friday too :)

Thank you so much Valerie :) I was angry with my self as I left a lot of white in the background and then decided to add more green and blue when I was tired and I preferred it without. I wish I knew when to leave a painting alone! Lol
